To meet the ever-increasing complexity of interdisciplinary research in the global healthcare provision market, World Scientific will launch a series on Global Healthcare Economics.
Under the leadership of its managing editor, Margaret T. Morris Professor of Health Economics Dr. Richard G. Frank, Harvard University Medical School, the series will publish high-quality scientific works that address subjects of international economic policies in healthcare and the economics of global markets, drug-society interactions and global issues of pharmaco-economics.
Mr Max Phua, Executive Director of World Scientific said, "With high quality research being conducted in healthcare economics and health policy, this series will be instrumental in bridging the gap in the global aspects of these areas. There is a great interest in the results of these research programmes from businesses, policy makers, practitioners and the general public."
The first book of the series is scheduled to launch in 2010.
